About This Event

CS2 Iron Resolve is a weekly Counter-Strike 2 leaderboard challenge every Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at Bakersfield eSports Center.

Players earn points from match results and kills while the challenge is active. Winning gives the biggest boost, but strong fragging can still help you climb. Your total score is based on all attempts during the active challenge window.

Play your matches, build your score and try to finish near the top of the leaderboard.

Rules & Format

Scoring is based on CS2 match results and kills during the active challenge window:
Win: 100 points
Loss: 10 points
Kills: 2 points each

Eligible modes include Deathmatch, Competitive, Casual, Gun Game Progressive, Survival, ScrimComp 2v2, Custom, Cooperative, ScrimComp 5v5 and Skirmish.
Most modes score at x1. ScrimComp 2v2 scores at x2.

Leaderboard is based on total points earned during the active challenge window. Highest total score at the end of the event wins.

No cheating, smurfing, account sharing, match manipulation or score abuse. Staff may remove scores or disqualify players for suspicious activity, rule abuse or conduct issues. Staff decisions are final.

Prizes

Total prize pool per occurrence: 5,250 GGLeap points.
1st: 3,000 GGLeap points
2nd: 1,500 GGLeap points
3rd: 750 GGLeap points

Schedule

Every Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Starts June 16, 2026 and repeats weekly with no end date.
No brackets. Play eligible Counter-Strike 2 matches during the event window. Total points are tallied at 8 PM.

Q: Is this a tournament bracket?
A: No. CS2 Iron Resolve is a leaderboard challenge. You play eligible CS2 matches during the event window and earn points from wins, losses and kills.

Q: How do I score points?
A: Wins are worth 100 points, losses are worth 10 points and kills are worth 2 points each.

Q: Which modes count?

A: Prize details are listed on the Arcade tab on the PCs at the center. Check there for current prize info before the event starts.

Q: What happens if there is a scoring issue?
A: Scores are tracked through GGLeap. Final leaderboard results are subject to staff review, and staff decisions are final.
