Our gaming equipment is provided for your use during your visit. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Bakersfield eSports Center reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.
3. Event Registration and Tournaments
When registering for events or tournaments:
- Registration details and fees are specified on the event listing and are subject to change
- Bakersfield eSports Center reserves the right to modify event schedules, formats, or rules
- Participants must adhere to all tournament rules and codes of conduct
- Disqualification may result from unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or violation of event rules
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services, bookings, and event registrations are processed through our authorized payment processors. Refund policies are as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or event
- Refunds are issued at the discretion of Bakersfield eSports Center
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or events already attended
5. SMS Communications and Consent
Bakersfield eSports Center offers optional SMS messaging programs. By opting in through our sign-up form, you may consent to receive text messages in the following categories:
- Tournament & Event Alerts: Schedules, brackets, registration deadlines, and event announcements
- Promotional Offers: Exclusive deals, discounts, and special offers
- General Updates: News, new features, and facility updates
Each message category is a separate opt-in. You may choose one or more independently. Key details:
- Message frequency: up to 4 messages per week
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel all SMS messages
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services
