King of Rocket League Challenge
About This Event
Think you've got what it takes to run the leaderboard? The King of Rocket League Challenge happens every Monday night at Bakersfield eSports Center in Bakersfield, CA, and it's a points race across every Rocket League game mode you can think of.
You'll play through Soccar, Basketball, Hockey, Items, Volleyball, Breakout and more. Every goal, every match win and every mode you touch feeds into a scoring formula that tracks your performance across the board. Big match victories earn bonus points, goals stack up and deaths cost you. It's not just about being fast. It's about being consistent across every mode.
Entry is $10. Show up, compete and climb the leaderboard. All skill levels are welcome, but the scoring system rewards players who can perform everywhere, not just in one mode.

FAQs
Q: How does the scoring actually work?
A: It's a formula. You earn 15 points per goal, lose 2 points per death and get 100 bonus points for a championship match win. Every game mode has a x1 multiplier, so all modes count equally toward your total.
Q: Do I need to be good at every Rocket League mode?
A: You don't need to be great at all of them, but the system rewards players who score well across multiple modes. Leaning hard on one mode won't get you to the top by itself.
Q: Where can I play competitive Rocket League in Bakersfield?
A: The King of Rocket League Challenge runs every Monday night at Bakersfield eSports Center. $10 entry, points-based scoring and prizes on the line.
Q: Where do I find the prize info?
A: Open the Arcade tab on any PC at the center. Current prize details are posted there.
Q: Do I need to bring my own controller?
A: Equipment is available at the center, but you're welcome to bring your own controller if you prefer your setup.
Q: What skill level do I need to compete?
A: Any. The scoring system tracks individual performance, so you're really competing against the leaderboard. New players and experienced ones both play the same modes.
