FPS Night
About This Event
FPS Night is a weekly open-play session every Saturday starting at 6 PM at Bakersfield eSports Center. Get in a room full of local FPS players and run custom lobbies all night. No scoring, no leaderboards. Just a room full of shooter fans running private matches together.
Custom matches hit different when everyone's in the same room. You can hear the guy you just wiped two tables over. Bring your squad or find one here.
Rules & Format
This is a casual meetup, not a tournament or scored event. Players join custom lobbies hosted on-site and play for fun.
Games rotate based on what the room wants to play — Apex, Valorant, CS2, Call of Duty, Overwatch, whatever fits the night. All loadouts and characters are fair game. Lobbies fill on a first-come basis. If you've got a full squad, great. If you're solo, you'll get matched up with other players who need teammates.
House rules for lobby settings may rotate week to week based on what the room wants to play. Staff will manage lobby codes and settings.

Every Saturday, starting at 6:00 PM. Recurring weekly with no end date.
No brackets. Custom lobbies run back to back for the duration of the session.

Q: Is this a tournament?
A: No. It's casual custom matches with other local players. No scoring and no prizes.
Q: Do I need a squad?
A: No. Come solo and you'll get grouped up with other players. Full squads are welcome too.

A: Whatever the room wants. Apex, Valorant, CS2, Call of Duty, Overwatch — picks rotate based on who shows up and what people are feeling.
Q: Do I need my own accounts?
A: Yes. Have your accounts logged in and ready to go when you get here.
Q: Can I just spectate or hang out?
A: Ask staff at the door for spectator details.
Q: How many people can play at once?
A: Depends on station availability. Get here early if you want guaranteed seats for the first lobby.
